Looking to brush up on your French in a fun, low-pressure way? In this relaxed handbuilding class, you’ll make your own ceramic mug while practicing everyday French with fellow learners.
It’s not a formal language class, just a chance to speak and hear French in a creative setting. You’ll follow along in both French and English, pick up useful pottery-related phrases, and take part in simple, friendly conversations.
Taught by French ceramicist Benedicte Leclere, this class is ideal if you have at least a little French under your belt and want to stretch it in a natural, enjoyable way. You’ll leave with a handmade mug—and a bit more confidence en français.

Cost: $95 per person (studio members get 15% off).

Full payment is required prior to the event to secure your spot.
If you need to cancel, we offer a credit valid for 6 months, provided cancellation is made in writing at least one week before the workshop.
Workshops may be rescheduled once within this 6-month period with a 10% re-booking fee.
Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including after the class begins.
In the event of low enrollment, we reserve the right to cancel the class one week before the scheduled start date.
